Where is my package?

We generally ship orders within 12 hours of your order.  Once we ship our order, an automatic shipment confirmation is sent to you with a tracking number. To find out where you packages is, click on the link that says "track my package". My Promo Code doesn't work!

Coupon codes are all case sensitive please make sure you are typing them exactly as they are written. You may also not be following the promotion guidelines, certain discounts require you to buy over a certain amount, others are only active for a certain period of time. 

 

How long do Custom Items take to ship?

Please note that if you ordered a custom item (with your name/number/birthdate) all of it will take 5-7 business days of production time and then ship once it is made. Once it is shipped we will ship it using the shipping option you chose at checkout. Please note that all of your items from your order will be shipped together with your custom item.

 

I want to exchange/return my product:

If you are not 100% happy with your product you can send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days. You must include instructions in your package otherwise we will not be able to credit your account.
