Why doesn't my promotional code work?
Coupon codes are all case sensitive please make sure you are typing them exactly as they are written. You may also not be following the promotion guidelines, certain discounts require you to buy over a certain amount, others are only active for a certain period of time. My Card Was Charged Twice?
When an order doesn't go through or your internet connection gets interrupted during the checkout process you will sometimes see multiple charges for the same order. The duplicate charges will automatically fall off your account within a day or so. You can call your financial institution to confirm this but generally those types of duplicate charges do not require you to do anything.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your product you can send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Send items back to:

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Please call us or email us at [email protected]
with your order number and the items you would like to change or cancel. Please be as specific as possible for example "Order #11111, Change Size from S to M" We always check for order changes before shipping. You can also call us +1 (855) 444-5011 but email is still the fastest way to get your order changed.
How do I use my Birthday Coupon Online?
To use your birthday coupon online please type in the code into the section on the checkout page for promotional codes. In Step 2 of the Checkout process when you enter your credit card and shipping information, you will see a box that prompts you to enter your coupon code. Please enter the code exactly as it is written. All of our discount codes are case sensitive.
How long do custom Items take to ship?
If you ordered a custom item with your name/number/birthdate or custom in any other way it will take 5-7 business days of production time and then ship. Once it is shipped, we will ship it using the delivery option you chose at checkout. Please note that all of your items from your order will be shipped together with your custom items.
When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
Once we have received your return we process a refund onto the original payment card (or gift card if chosen or is a gift return) within 7 business days.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

We ship Internationally starting at only $4.99. We also have Special Low Rates to Canada.

All gift cards are accepted.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes. However, if you choose UPS as your shipping options, UPS DOES NOT deliver to P.O. boxes.
