Have you Noticed the latest Cobalt Craze?

If anyone asks, it’s not blue. It’s not turquoise. It’s cobalt. Fall 2012/13 Runway trends show that cobalt is the new neon. It's impossible to not notice and you can wear it during any season.

Chiffon Blouses
Cobalt chiffon blouses make such a classy look. Try these blouses out with a pair of jeggings or leather leggings and high high heals.
